Attribuly is the only analytics that integrates with CTM to have a comprehensive attribution insight for all my orders, beyond phone orders. This can be quick important for marketers to understand the overall marketing performance.

About CTM

CallTrackingMetrics is a leading provider of call tracking and analytics solutions. It offers businesses valuable insights into their phone call data.

With its advanced technology, the company enables users to track calls generated from various marketing channels, such as online ads, social media, and search engines. This helps businesses understand which marketing efforts are driving phone calls and conversions.

CallTrackingMetrics provides detailed analytics on call duration, caller location, time of call, and more. These analytics allow companies to evaluate the performance of their campaigns, optimize marketing spend, and improve customer service.

The benefit

For brands with phone sales, CTM is a must. However, this also brings up an issue. When users analyze the attribution of all orders on Attribuly, some phone orders will be classified under the Direct channel because of the lack of phone call information. This makes marketers' marketing analysis inaccurate, complex, and inefficient.

Through integration, Attribuly can integrate phone call events from CTM and then import these events into the entire user conversion journey to form accurate attribution. This will reduce the proportion of Direct sources in Attribuly and classify orders into the accurate marketing channels.

Set up guide

Find the Access Key, Secret Key, and Basic Authentication Token in Account Settings.

On the Integration page of Attribuly, enter the obtained keys and save the settings to complete the integration.

Currently, Attribuly updates the data from CTM every 12 hours. Therefore, you need to check the accuracy of the data range 24 hours ago. You can view the channel source of an order in CTM and then check in Attribuly whether this order is also attributed to the same channel.
