Yes you can! As long as the builder follows UTM standards. Attribuly will recognize the source once visitors click that link. You DON'T have to integrate anything with Attribuly, the external link will be recorded.

Attribuly pixel will record the UTM parameters, no matter the UTM is built by Attribuly or 3rd party builder.
