I have compared the add-to-cart data between my Shopify admin and Attribuly, why do I see higher ATC conversions at Attribuly?
Attribuly and Shopify use different definitions for the conversion data.
Let's say you have a customer just visit your site, and put 5 products in the cart.
Shopify: The number of sessions that resulted in Added to cart. So you will see 1 session in this case.
Attribuly: The number of ATC actions the customer has taken. So you will see 5 ATC events in Attribuly. The data is 5 times more than Shopify's.
Attribuly is an event-based analytics, which dives deeper into customer behaviors rather than a session of page hit.
