How do I view my billing details?
Billing in the upper right corner can view the current subscription and billing history.
Because Shopify has a capped amount. Sometimes, if your expense exceeds the capped amount, Attribuly will automatically put the excess expense into the usage charging of the next month.
What is free cancellation?
We charge on the first day of each billing cycle based on your store's GMV over the previous 12 months.
For the annual plan, we will charge a one-time fee for 12 months after the trial period ends, and additionally offer 3 extra months of trial for free.
Each store has a 14-day trial period, during which no charges will be applied.

Under our terms of service, bills already generated, such as 19 base subscriptions, do not support refunds.
The refund guarantee is for merchants using Email Conversion Feed (Klaviyo, Omnisend etc.). If the extra revenue obtained through Attribuly is less than your subscription fee (Base subscription + incremental consumption), please talk to us so you get a full refund.
