How do I view my billing details?
Billing in the upper right corner can view the current subscription and billing history.
Because Shopify has a capped amount. Sometimes, if your expense exceeds the capped amount, Attribuly will automatically put the excess expense into the usage charging of the next month.
What is free cancellation?
The 19USD of the Pro plan contains 40000 credits. On the 30th day, incremental consumptions over 40K will generate a bill. However, if you cancel your subscription within 30 days, the incremental bill will not be submitted. This ensures that you are confident enough to test Attribuly.
Under our terms of service, bills already generated, such as 19 base subscriptions, do not support refunds.
The refund guarantee is for merchants using Email Conversion Feed (Klaviyo, Omnisend etc.). If the extra revenue obtained through Attribuly is less than your subscription fee (Base subscription + incremental consumption), please talk to us so you get a full refund.
