We have a problem with TikTok and Facebook ads metrics. since in Attribuly it does not show the amount spent, purchase value and ROAS, while it does in ads manager.

Answer

There are several major reasons you may consider when this happens.

  1. If you just connect to ads account, it takes time to sync data. Please wait for a while and refresh the page.

  2. Your ads account may be disconnected. Please check the status at Integration page.
