The orders and related customer events in this list are not included in the attribution report.

Assuming that the orders in your store come from TOC consumers and TOB resellers. Reseller orders are often repetitive and of a larger amount. Therefore, when analyzing ROAS, these orders will be included in the attribution analysis, which will lead to an inflation of ROAS across various channels. It is very difficult to exclude these orders on platforms like GA4, but it will be very easy through customer exclusion.

You can tag certain resellers with a customer tag in Shopify, such as 'wholesale'.

Add this customer tag to the Customer exclusion list.

Therefore, the orders from these customers will not be included in the attribution calculation throughout the entire attribution report.

Orders from certain sales channels need to be excluded from attribution calculations. First, we need to obtain information about these sales channels and then complete the configuration in Attribuly.

Channel name is one of the list （ like Draft orders , Online Store ）

Select the sales channel you need to filter

Click on order detail and append .JSON to the address bar.

Ctrl+F input "source_name" and source_name value is channel code

Now we need to fill in the sales channel and Channel code into the exclusion list.
